Getting Started ​

Welcome to KLEO Chat! This guide will help you set up your Telegram commerce bot in minutes.

What You'll Need ​

  • A Shopify store (any plan)
  • A Telegram account
  • 5 minutes of your time

Quick Setup ​

1. Install the App ​

Install KLEO Chat from the Shopify App Store (coming soon) or contact us for early access.

2. Create Your Telegram Bot ​

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
  2. Send /newbot command
  3. Choose a name for your bot (e.g., "My Store Bot")
  4. Choose a username (must end in bot, e.g., mystorebot)
  5. Copy the API Token you receive

3. Connect in Dashboard ​

  1. Open your Shopify Admin
  2. Go to Apps → KLEO Chat
  3. Navigate to Telegram Settings
  4. Paste your Bot Token
  5. Click Save & Activate

That's it! Your bot is now live and connected to your Shopify store.

What Happens Next? ​

Once activated, your customers can:

  • 💬 Chat with AI - Ask about products, get recommendations
  • 🛍️ Browse Products - View your catalog in Telegram
  • 🛒 Add to Cart - Build orders through conversation
  • 💳 Checkout - Complete purchases seamlessly
